Arrowroot and Shallot Fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean arrowroot and shallots, wash and chop them. Arrange the ingredients.
* Step 2
Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds. Fry small onions till aromatic and translucent. Add chillies and chopped ginger and fry on low flame.
* Step 3
Then mix the chopped arrowroot. Add salt, and turmeric powder and kashmiri red chilli powder.
* Step 4
Mix well, cover and cook till done. Serve hot with roti/ rice.
