Karela Aloo With Achari Masala

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat up mustard oil and heat it till slightly smoky. Then allow to cool it.

* Step 2

Take a microwave safe bowl. Mix mustard oil, panch phutan, ginger, Onion, turmeric powder,red chilli powder and cook for 1 minutes in microwave oven with lid on the bowl.

* Step 3

Add rest of the ingredients including chopped Karela and Aloo.

* Step 4

Again bring out the bowl from microwave and stirr the contents properly and cook for 2 minutes.

* Step 5

Let the bowl stay in microwave for 5 minutes after cooking.

* Step 6

Yummy Achari Karela Aloo is ready to eat. Serve with fresh hot Roti or Parathas.

* Step 7

Note: * Achari Masala has salt, so use salt in the recipe accordingly.
