Yam/Suran Guacamole
Yam/Suran /Jhimikand- is a high-fiber vegetable that can be turned into an interesting dish just in no time....
I’ve tweaked it in my very own way (though, I may not be the only one to do so)...
Since, mostly no party’s complete without some chips & guacamole (which’s an authentic Mexican Dip- that’s made out of the Avocados basically, an Mexican Avocado Dip)-
But I’ve made the same: by replacing the avocado with the yam/suran...
Though, look-wise it’s just the same but according to me, it’s even more deliciously delectable than the avocado one...
Well, that’s what I like about it !!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil/Steam the Diced Yam/Suran- Strain it & throw away the boiled water & add it- in the Blender Jar
* Step 2
Now, add in the blender jar: the boiled Suran pieces, along with the freshly chopped coriander leaves & the EVOO- to give a shiny texture to it
* Step 3
Give all a really nice blend- Should turn out to an absolutely shiny smooth paste
* Step 4
Now, in a mixing bowl: Add in the measured rest all other ingredients & the prepared Suran paste & lime juice & give it a nice mix, altogether
* Step 5
Dish out in a serving bowl- Garnish with some peri-peri powder sprinkles on its top & a fresh sprig of coriander leaf & serve the same with some Nachos
* Step 6
