Green Garlic with Tadka

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan / kadhai on medium flame add ghee, cumin seeds, asafoetida.

* Step 2

As soon the cumin crackled. Add chopped green chillies and Chopped white portion of green garlic.

* Step 3

Saute till it get golden in colour. Now add remaining chopped green portion of green garlic. Saute it for a min and add salt. Mix it all well.

* Step 4

Saute it for 5 more min. Add coriander leaves and mix it well.

* Step 5

Served green garlic tadka with Palak -potatoes Parathas and Chutney.
