Lamb burger

Was a yummy Saturday night dinner!

Ingredient

8 burgers
As needed

butter

200 g

feta

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

* Step 2

Place the patties into a roasting pan. Roast for 20-30 minutes.

* Step 3

Slice the buns. Spread with butter.

* Step 4

Wash the baby spinach and place it on the bottom side half of the bun.

* Step 5

Place the pattie ontop of the spinach leaves.

* Step 6

Slice the feta and place it ontop of the pattie.

* Step 7

Add a pickled vegetable of your choice

* Step 8

Lastly, top with mint yoghurt dip. Close the burger and enjoy!😋😋
