My Chili Cheese Hominy Bake
My Hominy bake is a simple and quick dish made of hominy, ground beef and cheese. Great dish that's perfect for busy weeknights. Pairs great with cornbread!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees.
* Step 2
In a medium skillet cook ground beef if you need to drain it, drain it then add seasonings. If you don't need to then add seasonings + salt.
* Step 3
Add tomatoes and more seasonings if needed.
* Step 4
In a baking dish add the hominy, ground beef mixture, cheeses, green onions and sprinkle garlic powder and more cilantro on the top.
* Step 5
Pop in the oven for 30-45 minutes. With 5 minutes remaining turn broiler on to get the cheese bubbly and brown.
