As we celebrate our Ganatantra Diwas, here's my tribute to our great nation with food: Tricolour Bread ki Rasmalai. It's an easy and tasty dessert which you can make last minute, or when you have surprise guests coming in . Try and let me know in the comments

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, combine milk, pedha, cornflour, milk powder in a blender jar and grind to a smooth paste.
* Step 2
Then simmer this on low flame in a deep pan till thick. Flavour with rose essence. Cool and divide in 3 parts. Keep one plain white. Mix orange and green food colours in the other two parts each.
* Step 3
Then cut each bread slice in circles. Then dip each in cold milk and squeeze well.
* Step 4
Cover each slice separately with one of the prepared colours. Then garnish with silver balls. Chill and serve! Happy Republic day to all🇮🇳🇮🇳
