🇮🇳 Wishing you all a wonderful Republic Day! 🇮🇳🇮🇳 It's a celebration of the day, India's constitution came into existence and we became Republic of India or Bharatiya Ganatantra🇮🇳 As we celebrate our Ganatantra Diwas, here's my tribute to our great nation with food: Tricolour Bread ki Rasmalai. It's an easy and tasty dessert which you can make last minute, or when you have surprise guests coming in . Ingredient

Cooking time :

20minutes
1/2 cup

milk powder

2 cups

whole milk

2 tablespoons

cornflour

4 pieces

malai pedha

2 drops

Rose essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, combine milk, pedha, cornflour, milk powder in a blender jar and grind to a smooth paste.

Then simmer this on low flame in a deep pan till thick. Flavour with rose essence. Cool and divide in 3 parts. Keep one plain white. Mix orange and green food colours in the other two parts each.

Then cut each bread slice in circles. Then dip each in cold milk and squeeze well.

Cover each slice separately with one of the prepared colours. Then garnish with silver balls. Chill and serve! Happy Republic day to all🇮🇳🇮🇳
