Navratri is a season when we worship the nine divine forms of maa Durga for nine days with our prayers, chants , and delicious offerings. I am offering this delicious Puffed Rajgira Halwa ( Amaranth Dessert) for naivedya. It's rich in proteins, calcium, iron and immunity boosters. Easy and delicious!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat ghee in a wok. Add cardamom powder, raisins and the rajgira lahi. Slow roast on low flame till aromatic. It takes only 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Then add milk and milk powder, raisins and stir cook till thick. Then mix in sugar or jaggery and cook till surup is absorbed.
* Step 3
Offer to goddess this delicious dessert, garnished with almonds and more Puffed Rajgira lahi on top. Happy Navratri 🌹🪔
