Rajgira/ amaranth is a superfood which is delicious and high on nutrition. It's loaded with protein, calcium, iron, vitamins B complex and and is a must have in fast. I have prepared Rajgira Lahi ( puffed amaranth seeds) and nuts smoothie to keep me full of energy in vrat days. Happy Navratri and enjoy! It's low fat, low sugar, gluten-free and very healthy. * Step 1

First, take the nuts, rajgira lahi and 2 tablespoon water in a blender and blend to a smooth paste.

Then add the milk slowly and keep blending till you have a nice grainy and silky smoothie ready.

Enjoy garnished with more Rajgira lahi on top with more raisins and cashews.
