Jaggery Halwa or Gur Ka Halwa/ is an all time favourite sweet, especially for winters. It's made with wheat flour, jaggery, ghee, flavoured with cardamom and topped with dry fruits. Rich in iron, calcium, proteins, and carbs. Good food for those with anemia, blood pressure , low weight and very good energy food for young people. Easy and healthy too.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, heat a kadhai. Add 1 tsp ghee and fry the cashews in it on medium-low flame for 2 minutes. Remove in a plate.
* Step 2
Then add the rest of the ghee, add the wheat flour and roast it on medium-low flame, stirring continuously till a pleasant aroma starts comes from the flour and it turns golden.
* Step 3
Then add cardamom and mix well. Make the flame low and pour milk from the side.
* Step 4
When the flour swells a little, keep mixing the milk well.
* Step 5
Then add jaggery and combine it well into the flour. Stir continuously till the mixture looks dark and we'll combine.
* Step 6
Then cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on low flame till it gathers steam.
* Step 7
Then switch off the flame. Serve hot or at room temperature, sprinkled with cashews. Enjoy!
