Herbal Mint Soup

Here I am sharing Herbal Mint Soup which is very nutritious, healthy and ideal for winters.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

20 minutes.
2 tablespoons

Lemon juice

1/2 tsp

Cumin powder

1/4 tsp

haldi powder

2 pinches

paprika

3 cups

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine mint, coriander, chillies, lemon juice, spices and other ingredients in a blender and make a Puree by adding 1 cup cold water.

Then boil rest of the water. Arrange serving bowls and keep ready. Take off water from heat. Then strain the prepared green mixture into the water. Adjust salt and spices, stir well and pour in soup bowls. Serve immediately.
