#GajarHalwa #Gajarkahalwa #carrothalwa #trend #trending Since it's the season of carrots, I have made Gajar Ka Halwa with a delicious twist and made cupcakes using it! They turned out so good. Sharing the recipe here.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

45 minutes.
1/2 cup

Milk powder

1 cup

Milk

1 tablespoon

Vinegar

1/2 cup

Sugar

1/4 cup

Castor sugar

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

1/4 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, take a microwave safe glass bowl. Add carrots, 1/2cup milk, 2 tablespoonsmelted butter, milk powder and sugar and mix well.

Microwave it on medium power with intervals of1 minutes for total 3 minutes, mix after each interval or until the carrots are cooked and liquid evaporates.

Then cool it and keep aside. Sieve all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, vinegar, salt, castor sugar, melted butter and mix gently by cut and fold method.

* Step 4

Then preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and dust a cupcake tray and line with cupcake liners.

* Step 5

Add baking soda, baking powder and vinegar to the batter, mix gently and pour it with ice cream scooper in prepared tray.

* Step 6

Tap the tray 2 to 3 times, keep in oven and bake at 180°c for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

* Step 7

Then take out, cool them, garnish as per choice and enjoy. I decorated them with silver sugar balls, grated carrots, sugar glaze and carrot slices.
