Ingredient

1 inch

cinnamon

1 inch

ginger

as per taste

Sugar

as required

Few mint leaves

1 tbsp

lemon juice

as required

Few ice cubes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil 400 ml water in a pan.

* Step 2

Add tea leaves and other ingredients exept lemon juice.

* Step 3

Boil for 2 minutes.Strain and let it cool.

* Step 4

For serving,put few ice cubes in a serving glass,add half lemon juice and few mint leaves, and pour half of tea over ice cubes.(This will yield 2 servings)

* Step 5

Serve chilled.
