This is an easy and simple recipe .Here green lentil is cooked with special "dal masala".Here I've given a little twist in the Moradabadi dal .Have a look.
Ingredient

10 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak dal for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Put in a pressure cooker,add dal masala,salt and 1.5 cups water.
* Step 3
Cook on high flame for 1-2 whistles.Let pressure release itself.
* Step 4
Meanwhile shredd spinach.
* Step 5
After pressure release,open the lid of pressure cooker.Add garlic cloves and spinach.
* Step 6
Close the lid and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
* Step 7
Put off flame after 5 minutes and let pressure release.
* Step 8
After pressure release open the lid and adjust consistency of dal.
* Step 9
Prepare tampering.Add to dal.
* Step 10
Serve hot withboiled rice /roti.
