Lauki or Bottle gourd is a healthy green vegetable.
Today I made a very simple yet tasty recipe.
The healthier version of Lauki.

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
* Step 3
Add hing & zeera, let it splutter. Add lauki now. Stir it for a sec.
* Step 4
Now add ginger & green chili, saute it for a minute.
* Step 5
Add haldi & salt, stir fry it till dry.
* Step 6
Add 1/2 cup water, give a stir.
* Step 7
Place the lid, give 2 whistles at high flame.
* Step 8
Lower the flame, cook it for 10 minutes.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurize naturally. Open the lid after 5 minutes.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
