Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First strain the rice, keep aside.
* Step 2
Fry aloo pcs till golden brown, keep aside.
* Step 3
Now take a heavy bottom wok, add oil & butter, heat it.
* Step 4
Add whole garam masala, sauté it for a while. Add sliced onion, stir fry it till pink.
* Step 5
Add paneer pcs, fry it till it becomes light brown.
* Step 6
Now add salt & rice, lower the flame, stir fry it gently.
* Step 7
Add ginger garlic paste, stir it nicely till rice grains aur separated.
* Step 8
Sprinkle the pepper powder,
* Step 9
Now add water accordingly, give a gentle stir, increase the flame, give a boil.
* Step 10
Cover it with the lid, cook it at low flame. Do not stir.
* Step 11
Let it be for 10 minutes. Rice will be cooked nicely. Open the lid after 10 minutes.
* Step 12
Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with onion browns (optional).
