Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix karela roundals with 1/2 tsp salt, mix it well. Keep aside for an hour.
* Step 2
Now wash karela pcs, strain it so that extra water is removed.
* Step 3
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Deep fry karela pcs till light brown. Do not over cook it. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Now fry onions in the same oil till light brown. Keep aside.
* Step 5
Remove the excess oil from the wok, heat it.
* Step 6
Add panchphoren, sauté it for a sec.
* Step 7
Add karela & onion, stir it for a while. Sprinkle some salt.
* Step 8
Now add all powdered masala, mix well. Stir it for a while.
* Step 9
Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving bowl, have it with Paratha.
* Step 10
All cooking is done at high flame.
