Chilli Chicken

A very simple dish ... easy to cook .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a mixing bowl, add chicken & all the given ingredients of merination except oil.

* Step 2

Mix it well, keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hrs.

* Step 3

Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Lower the flame now, fry chicken pcs till golden brown.

* Step 4

Do not stir immediately. Take out in a dish, keep aside.

* Step 5

For Gravy—- Take a large wok, add oil, heat it.

* Step 6

Lower the flame now, add ginger garlic, sauté it for a while. Increase the flame.

* Step 7

Add onion, capsicum, green chilli, sauté it for a while. Do not cook it, let the crunch be there.

* Step 8

Mix all sauces, soya sauce & vinegar, stir it.

* Step 9

Mix corn flour with water, add in to the masala. Now add sugar, black pepper & salt, mix well.

* Step 10

Give a boil, add chicken pcs, mix it well.

* Step 11

Cook it for 2-3 minutes, add few onion greens.

* Step 12

Switch off the flame, take out in serving bowl.

* Step 13

Serve it with fried rice or noodles.

* Step 14

All cooking is done at high flame.
