Another Tadka for Panchmeli Dal

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a wok or pan, add ghee, heat it.

* Step 2

Add panch phoren, let it splutter.

* Step 3

Add onion, stir fry it until light brown.

* Step 4

Add ginger garlic grated, sauté it for a while. Add lil salt also.

* Step 5

Now add veggies & tomato, stir fry it for a while.

* Step 6

Add paneer & green chilli, give a stir.

* Step 7

Now add haldi & dhania powder, also add garam masala powder.

* Step 8

Stir fry it for a while.

* Step 9

Add cooked dal now, mix it well.

* Step 10

Add dahi, mix it well, cook it at high flame for a while or till first boil.

* Step 11

Lower the flame now, cook it for 5 minutes.

* Step 12

Remove it from the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

* Step 13

It makes good combo with rice.
