Kachche Kele Ki Sabzi
Raw bananas or green bananas r full of fiber & vitamins.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
* Step 2
Lower the flame now, add methi dana, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic paste, add lil water, sauté it for a while.
* Step 4
Now add onion paste, add lil water again, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 5
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown.
* Step 6
Mix all powdered masala with lil water, mix it well. Add in to the masala, also add salt, stir fry it at high flame till oil separates.
* Step 7
Add banana pcs, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 8
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until banana becomes tender.
* Step 9
In case banana doesn’t become tender, add lil water & again cook it covered at low flame.
* Step 10
Open the lid now, stir fry it till completely dry.
* Step 11
Switch off the flame now, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta..
