Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except oil.
* Step 2
Mix all ingredients very nicely to make a smooth batter,
* Step 3
Take small portions of the batter, pat it with the help of your fingers.
* Step 4
Fill it with 2 raisins, seal the edges, give the shape of Kabab.
* Step 5
Take a non-stick pan, badd oil and heat it.
* Step 6
Shallow fry the kababs at moderate heat, until golden brown.
* Step 7
Take out on a tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.
* Step 8
Plate it on a serving dish.
* Step 9
Have it with green chutney or dip.
