Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel off the skin of the ridge gourd and chop into round pieces.
* Step 2
In a kadai, add oil, fry onion till golden in colour.
* Step 3
Now add all spices, salt and mix it well, than add chopped tomato.
* Step 4
Add chopped sponge gourd. Mix well.
* Step 5
Cook for further 8 minutes or until the vegetable gets cooked soft and blends well with the masala. Garnish with the coriander leaves.
