Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly boil potato in pressure cooker,cool it and peel it.Than cut into chunks
* Step 2
Prepare the white sauce. In a saucepan add the butter. Heat butter until melted but not browned. Add the flour and stir with a spoon making sure the flour does not burn. Cook the flour in the butter until mixture has slightly thickened.
* Step 3
Add the milk, stirring with a wire whisk constantly so as not to have lumps. Stir while the mixture is cooking to incorporate all ingredients until slightly thickened and bubbly. Approximately 1 minute.
Than add black pepper,mix herbs, 1 tbsp butter.Mix well
* Step 4
Now take in a pan, saute onion. Than add boiled potato
* Step 5
Than add white sauce in potatoes. Cook on simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
* Step 6
Taste and seasoning accordingly. Serve hot.
