Stuffed Onion Rings
An easy and tasty tea time snack which is made with onion potato and some spices. #tech2

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl take mashed potatoes. Add black pepper, chat masala, Ajwain, black salt, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt. Mix well.
* Step 2
In a bowl take flour, cornflour salt and black pepper. Mix well. Pour water and make a batter.
* Step 3
Now cut the onions into thick circles. Then separate the rings. Put one big ring and one small ring together.
* Step 4
Put the potato mixture between the two onion rings. Repeat the process for rest of the rings.
* Step 5
Now freeze all the stuffed onion rings for 15 minutes. In a plate take some flour. Dust the onion rings with flour.
* Step 6
Take a plate put puffed rice powder in it. Then dip the rings into the batter. Roll into the puffed rice powder. Repeat the process twice.
* Step 7
Put stuffed onion rings in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
* Step 8
In a karahi heat oil for frying. Put 3-4 onion rings into the oil. Fry it till golden in colour. Repeat the process. Serve it with tomato sauce.
