Chilli Garlic Lachha Paratha
Lachha Paratha is an authentic Panjabi paratha which is very crispy, crunchy and delicious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put flour 1 tsp oil and salt. Mix well. Add water and knead to make a smooth dough. Leave it for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Take a mortar and pestle crush garlic in it. Now in a bowl pour melted butter then add crushed garlic, chilli flakes and origano. Mix well.
* Step 3
After 10 minutes knead the dough again. Make equal size of balls from the dough.
* Step 4
Take one ball dust with dry flour. Roll it. Make a big chapati. Spread some butter garlic mixture on the chapati. Sprinkler some chopped coriander leaves on it. Then gently press the leaves.
* Step 5
Make small pleats with the chapati. Then stretch it and gather it in a circle. Roll it gently and make a Lachha paratha.
* Step 6
Now put the paratha on tawa and fry it with oil till golden in colour. Flip it and fry the other side also.
* Step 7
Repeat the process for the rest of the dough balls. Serve the Lachha paratha with curd.
