Egg malai curry

Easy and delicious egg curry recipe

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add onion and green chillies in a grinder jar, make a smooth paste.

* Step 2

Now in a kadhai put 2 tbsp of oil, heat it. Add onion and chilli mixture.

* Step 3

After 2 minute add ginger garlic paste. Fry for atleast 10 minutes. Keep stirring.

* Step 4

Now lower the heat and add one bowl milk in it. Mix well.

* Step 5

Then add cumin powder coriander powder pepper powder salt and pinch of turmeric. Cover the kadhai and cook for 3 minutes.

* Step 6

When the oil separates add eggs. Cook both the side of eggs.

* Step 7

When the gravy thickens add garam masala and 1 tbsp of cream.

* Step 8

Cook for 1 minute and serve hot with rice or paratha.
