Chana chilli is a spicy delicious Indian snack or side dish recipe prepared with Chickpeas, It is also one of my favourite time pass snack. Chana chilli is also one of the easy snack recipe which you can enjoy with your family and friends too.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add boiled chana in it then sprinkle salt, turmeric powder and pepper over it and mix it by tossing the chanas. Now add cornflour and toss until the chanas are completely coated.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chanas in the oil for about 4-5 minutes. Once fried, remove the chanas from the pan and drain the excess oil.
* Step 3
Take another pan add oil and heat it then add chopped garlic and ginger and saute well then add onion and capsicum and saute it again for 2-3 minutes on high flame.
* Step 4
Then add vinegar, soya sauce, chilli sauce and tomato sauce and mix it well.
* Step 5
Then add fried chanas, pepper and chilli in it. Mix it well.
* Step 6
Your chilli chana is ready.
