Vanilla and coconut sweet scones

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix the flour,sugar, half the coconut and margarine to a Crumbly texture
* Step 2
Pour in the milk together with the vanilla essense and mix gently. As soon as the dough comes together, stop
* Step 3
Dust your work surface and place the dough, gently mould it to a ball
* Step 4
Sprinkle more flour and press gently using your hands, do not press. Use a rolling pin to level the dough out.
* Step 5
Using a round cookie cutter, divide the dough
* Step 6
Gently lift the round dough pieces and arrange them on a greased oven tray
* Step 7
Brush some egg wash over them and sprinkle the rest of the grated coconut evenly
* Step 8
Bake them until golden brown, at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes
