Bruschetta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a Kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add asafoetida, crushed garlic, chopped onion and saute. When onion gets transparent add chopped tomato and saute it well.
* Step 2
After 1 minute add chopped mushrooms and mix well. Put lid on it and cooked them well.
* Step 3
After it is cooked properly add oregano and salt. Mix them well.
* Step 4
Take a bread loaf. Cut it into pieces. Apply butter on it and roast it on pan.
* Step 5
After that put the vegetables mixture on roasted bread piece. Then add cheese slice pieces over it. Spread some butter on pan and put the bruschetta on pan till cheese melts. Serve hot.
