* Step 1
Filling
Mix finely chopped peanuts with the peanut butter.and set aside
* Step 2
For the pastry
Combine almond flour,erytritol,xantham and salt.mix evenly
* Step 3
Once dry mixture is done,add in the 42g melted ghee
* Step 4
After 30 min,take out the dough and roll it into a tiny ball
* Step 5
Roll the dough and pinch the combined peanut butter and lleanut
* Step 6
Bake with a temperature of 190 for 10 min
* Step 7
Let the cooked maamoul completely cool.
