Vegan Granola Bars

Easy to make and they store great for up to a week in the refrigerator.

Ingredient

Food ration :

12 servings
1 cup

oats

1 teaspoon

vanilla

pinch

cinnamon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

* Step 2

In a food processor, coarsely chop nuts and fruit. Mix nut butter and bananas until a paste forms.

* Step 3

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

* Step 4

Spoon mixture into lightly greased muffin cups or in muffin pan lined with cups. Press mixture.

* Step 5

Bake for 15 minutes, let cool in oven.
