Lauren's Baked Ham, Spinach and Mushroom Breakfast Quesadillas

These are crispy, delicious, and full of nutrition. Baking these quesadillas allows you to make many at once. Easier to feed the whole family.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Dice up ham steak or shred... which ever you prefer. Dice onion and mince the garlic.

Add olive oil to pan and add the onion and garlic. Cook until translucent.

Add the ham. Cook until a little browned.

Add the Spinach. Cook until wilted.

Add the mushrooms. Cook until warm.

Add whatever cheese you want to tortilla.

Add the mixture.

Fold over like a taco. Lightly spray cooking spray on top and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
