Grilled Cheese

The ultimate grilled cheese sandwich.

Ingredient

butter

8 slices

Brioche

4 slices

Sharp cheddar

4 slices

white cheddar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spread butter on one side of each slice of brioche before adding one slice to a pan, over medium heat.

* Step 2

Add one slice of each cheese to the sandwich before topping with 1 tsp. basil then another slice of bread.

* Step 3

Lightly salt and pepper before flipping once golden brown and cheese is melted. Add salt and pepper and continue slowly cooking other side until golden brown.

* Step 4

Remove completed sandwich and rinse pan under cold water before repeating steps for remaining sandwiches (this ensures that the pan doesn't get too hot and burn your subsequent grilled cheese sandwiches).

* Step 5

Serve with tomato soup and enjoy!
