Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat one tbsp oil in a pan.

Add 1 tbsp onion and saute for one mins.

Add carrot,,green chilli and mix well.

Add boiled and mashed potato and mix well

Now add salt and soy sauce and turn off the flame.

Potato stuffing is ready

Now again heat one tbsp oil in a pan.

Break the eggs and mixed onion,green chilli,coriander leaves and salt and mix well

Add egg mixture and make the omelette in slow flame

Now turn off the flame

Now omelette is ready for stuffing

Take a large bowl add grated paneer,onion,green chilli,salt and coriander leaves and mix well

Now paneer stuffing is ready

Make four chapati

Take one chapati spread tomato sauce and add carrot and potato mixture and cover with other chapati.

Now spread tomato sauce and add omelette stuffing and cover with chapati.

Now spread tomato sauce and add paneer stuffing and cover with other chapati.

Grease the pan with butter and place the stuffed chapati.

Applying butter both the sides,cook in a low flame till crispy.

Cut into four pieces
