Semolina

1 cup

Yoghurt

10-12 slices

Sliced red tomato

to taste

salt

Cashew nuts

1 tbsp

Oil

1/2 cup

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix semolina and yoghurt in a large vessel and keep for 15 minutes

* Step 2

Now add salt and water as requried, mix it gently and make a batter (neither too runny nor to thick)

* Step 3

Mix it well

* Step 4

And now add eno fruit salt just before making idlies and again mix it well.

* Step 5

Heat the pan and fry the cashew nuts

* Step 6

Grease the idli plate and put the 2 cashew nuts,small coriander leaves and one piece of sliced tomato

* Step 7

.Pour the batter in idli plate and steam for 10 to 15 minutes

* Step 8

Enjoy hot with coconut chutney.
