Hara Bhara Bites

Coming to our hara bhara bites or hara bhara kebabs, these are made with fresh spinach leaves, peas and boiled potatoes mainly, added with some indian spices, semolina and bread crumbs to bind it together and later shallow fried in oil. These nutritious yet delicious kebabs are perfect for party starter. You can eat them alone or even stuff them in burger buns or sandwiches too. These hara bites are best served hot as they are not deep fried therefore they tend to lose crispness when cooled down. Alternatively you can bake these too. You can enjoy this delicacy with cup of tea or pair it up with curd or green chutney/ketchup. Choice is yours!
