#Diwali Everyone uses makhanas in Sabzi. I have used in kheer. My new innovative dish

Ingredient

100 gm

Makhana

4 tbsp

sugar

2 tbsp

ghee

1/2 litre

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast makhanas in ghee, allow it to cool and grind to fine paste.

* Step 2

Boil milk for 10mins.

* Step 3

Add powdered makhanas.

* Step 4

Stir continuously till milk becomes thick.

* Step 5

Add sugar, elachi powder and kesar.

* Step 6

Boil for more 5mins, stirring continuously.

* Step 7

Adjust sugar.

* Step 8

Serve hot or cold.

* Step 9

Garnish with dry fruits.
