Hey, Pesto! Sausage and Vegetable Stew with a twist!
Cooking is about getting favourite ingredients and experimenting around with them, yes? I found a jar of Pesto and added it to this dish, and it came out tasty!
I picked up some stuff from the “ reduced for quick sale” and mixed it all in! #Quick, #Simple, #Budget, #canbefrozen.!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice and dice the Onion and start to brown in a large pan with the butter.
* Step 2
Slice the sausages and add to the pan, stirring.
* Step 3
Cut up the rest of the vegetables, add to pan with the hot water and stock cube and cook for about 5-10 minutes until Cauliflower and Broccoli start to soften.
* Step 4
Stir in the Pesto and cook for a further 10 minutes to let the cheesy- herbal - Garlic flavour sink into the ingredients. Serve hot, I added fresh bread as an accompaniment.!!
