bacon

500 grams

Lamb Liver

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice up Liver, put into a saucepan with a little oil and start cooking slowly.

* Step 2

Slice up Bacon and add to pot. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes.

* Step 3

Slice up Onion and add to pot with 1/3 cup of water. Stir well. Continue cooking until Onions are brown and soft, and rest of ingredients are cooked through. Add potatoes or mash and enjoy!
