Chicken Soup
The weather calls for it. I had my chicken soup with the favourite...quinoa 😍😍😍
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On medium heat, fry onions and carrots for about 5 minutes. Add garlic, thyme and bay leaves and stir. Add chicken stock and bring to the boil.
* Step 2
Add chicken and mushrooms and make sure stock covers the pot. (You can add pasta here) Add salt and pepper and simmer for 20 minutes or till chicken is cooked.
* Step 3
Take chicken out, and cut it into small pieces. Return to the pot and season with salt and pepper if need be. I had my chicken soup with quinoa.
