Hummus fromScratch
One of the few thing I vowed to come out of covid 19 lockdown having mastered. I made the tahini from scratch too 🥳🥳🥳
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
On medium heat roast the sesame seeds. Slow low heat. Till roasted and brown and cool.
* Step 2
In a blender mill the toasted sesame seeds, add the oil and mill till smooth. Decant.
* Step 3
For hummus add all the ingredients plus 2 ice cubes and blend till smooth.
