Peshawari chapli kabab

A crisp easy and juicy' chapli kabab, they are small patty comprising of mutton mince, adding different spices mixed in it and later pan fried the patty, make them in delicious dinner for Eid Course: dinner, Cuisine: Pakistani, Diet: non vegetarian, nutrients value: vitamin B12, zinc, phosphorus,iron. Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl πŸ₯£ add mutton mince, finely chopped onions πŸ§…, ginger garlic paste πŸ§„, green chillies paste, finely green chillies, cumin seeds, red chillies flakes, kashmiri chillies powder 🌢️, coriander cumin powder, saltπŸ§‚, chapli kabab masala, and mix well.

* Step 2

Add gram flour, check saltπŸ§‚and mix well, now make patty and place a tomato slices πŸ… on top of each patties, keep aside patties. Heat oil and fry each side 5 mins on low flame it done or till golden, serve immediately.

* Step 3

Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves 🌿, green chillies chopped, tomato slices πŸ…, onion rings πŸ§….
