Zucchini and Carrot Pancake

Zucchini combined with carrots to make a unique, colorful and attractive pancake that will tickle the taste buds. This pancake is rich source of vitamin A and can be served with sauce or chutney of your choice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

6 pieces: 12cm-diameter in size for each piece

Cooking time :

20 minutes
1/2 cup

Rice flour

1/4 cup

Gram flour

1 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all the ingredients along with approx. ½ cup of water in a deep bowl and mix well to make a batter of pouring consistency.

* Step 2

Grease a non-stick tawa using ½ tsp of oil, pour one ladleful of the batter on it and spread it to form 75 mm diameter thick circle.

* Step 3

Cook it using 1/4th tsp of oil, till it turns crisp and golden brown in colour from both sides.

* Step 4

Repeat with remaining batter to make 5 more pancakes.

* Step 5

Serve immediately with sauce.
