Beetroot Smoothie

It is a fresh, delicious and soothing drink prepared using beetroot in combination with milk, honey and dry fruits. This smoothie is a good source of vitamin C and riboflavin and can be enjoyed as a summer drink or as an immunity boosting drink during breakfast.

Almonds

Honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add, beetroot, milk, litchis and almonds to the blender.

* Step 2

Blend until smooth.

* Step 3

Serve with 2 teaspoons of honey.

* Step 4

Enjoy chilled.
