Scrumptious Leftover Chips

Last night, my family enjoyed Fish & Chips. The fried fish and chips were light and crispy, and absolutely delicious. We ordered medium size chips, but the serve was so generous and we couldn’t finish them. Don’t throw away leftover chips! There are many ways to enjoy them on the next day. This is a simple stir-fry. I added Chicken today, but you can use other meat. The sour sauce is the key of this dish.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 Servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1/2 tablespoon

Sugar

1 tablespoon

Soy Sauce

1 tablespoon

Mirin

1 tablespoon

Rice Vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine all the Sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

* Step 2

Heat a small amount of Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, cook Chicken OR other meat with Garlic.

* Step 3

Add Leftover Chips, cook, tossing and mixing, until Chips are hot, lightly season with Salt.

* Step 4

Add Spring Onion, mix to combine, then add the Sauce. Once everything is combined, it is done. Add some Shichimi (Japanese Chilli Spice Mix) for extra flavour and enjoy.
