Azuki Ice Cream

This is an absolutely super easy yet so delicious recipe. You only need two ingredients, Tsubu-an (Sweet Azuki Paste) and Cream. If you want to make it lighter, see ‘Azuki Milk Ice’.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk Thickened Cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.

* Step 2

Add Tsubu-an and mix well. *Tips: 1 to 2 tablespoons Condensed Milk can be added as well.

* Step 3

Freeze for 2 to 3 hours or until almost firm. *Note: If you want to make it lighter, see ‘Azuki Milk Ice’.
