Wonton Skin Spinach & Feta Triangles
Left-over Wonton Skins can be transformed into various yummy things. I once introduced my ‘Wonton Skin Apple Rolls’ recipe.
Here is another one. This ‘Wonton Skin Spinach & Feta Triangles’ is inspired by Gozleme, a Turkish pastry snack which I love.
Ingredient

10 Triangles
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Defrost Frozen Spinach pieces and remove excess liquid. If you use Fresh Spinach, cook slightly and remove excess liquid.
* Step 2
Combine Spinach and Feta AND/OR Ricotta Cheese, season with Salt & Pepper as required.
* Step 3
Place a heaped teaspoonful of mixture on a Wonton Skin and spread flat. Moisten the edges of the skin to secure close and make into a triangle.
* Step 4
Heat some Oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until golden and crisp.
