An inspired Za’atar chicken
This is a dish inspired by Liam Nichols’ Za’atar chicken with some extra ingredients I had in a Mediterranean dish from a restaurant in Dublin
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Finely chop the peppers. Dice the chillis and garlic. Place in a roasting tin with the broccoli
* Step 3
Drain and rinse the chickpeas and mix in with the chicken, vegetables and Za’atar with some olive oil
* Step 5
Meanwhile mix together the yogurt, harissa and lemon juice
* Step 6
After 20mins remove from the oven squeeze on the other half of the lemon and return for a final 5mins
* Step 7
Serve with the yogurt dressing and enjoy 😊
