A different briam
A different briam (Greek mixed vegetables) with a yogurt sauce that you will love!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop the vegetables into large chunks and the potato into small cubes.
* Step 2
Place them in a bowl and add oil, vinegar, honey, salt, pepper and spices and mix well.
* Step 3
Move everything into a baking tray and bake at 190°C for 55 minutes.
* Step 4
Then remove them from the oven and mix the sauce ingredients as well as the cheese.
* Step 5
Pour the sauce over the vegetables! Grill for 5 minutes and it is ready to serve!
