My take on Italian Crêpe / pancake. It’s gluten free and dairy free. So delicious and packed full of nutrition.

Ingredient

warm water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients together until all combine. Rest for 15 min before panfry.

Spray some vegetable cooking oil on medium heat pan. Pan fry them (about one ladle) until cooked both side
